8.0Irene at front desk was great, friendly, and accommodated us with early check-in. Location is convenient. Hotel itself is ok if you are not planning to spend a lot of time. AC was so loud that you can have trouble falling asleep.
Great location - horrible doorman
6.0Rooms are modern, great location to Union Square. Be careful with the doorman - he’s invasive and instead of asking appropriate questions he escalates based on what he thinks is going on in your room.
