− 08/15 Frühstück mit aufgebackenen Brötchen, Dusche mit wenig Wasserdruck, keine Seife im Bad, junge Eigentümer sind etwa selbstgefällig, haben uns bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption warten lassen. Beim Burgherrenschnitzel waren Zwiebeln und Pilze angebrannt, Schnitzel war eher klein und Bratkatoffen zu wenig. Ein Salat hat gefehlt. Für 22,50 € kann man schon mehr erwarten. Achtung! Ein Frühstück war bei Buchung über Booking.com nicht inbegriffen. Kosten kamen dann noch mal oben drauf und für 155 € war das Doppelzimmer dann auch nicht günstig für die Region.

7.0Zimmer, aufgrund von Altbau, sehr verschachtelt und alte (aber gepflegte) Substanz. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist sicherlich eine Dusche mit Duschvorhang vorzufinden. Das ist etwas aus der zeit gefallen. Abgesehen von leichten Störgeräuschen der Lüftungsanlage (vornehmlich abends) ein sehr ruhiges Hotel mit exzellenter Aussicht über das Ruhrtal von Wetter/Hagen. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert.
− Dusche mit Vorhang. Hier wäre eine Duschkabine zeitgemäß. Die Lüftungsanlage, speziell die der Küche sollte überarbeitet werden um weniger Lärm zu erzeugen.
