8.0I like the room. I like the view. I like the poo. I like a lot about it.
− I did not like how expensive the food was how I had to walk so far to get to the room in the parking garage. I got lost. I did not like that. + Did not like the food. The food is very distasteful but other than that I love it 💯🤗 for two meals I paid $69 that's too much and it wasn't nothing but some pasta and salad

Beautiful hotel with very kind staff., and convenient highway access
8.0Convenient off the highway from where we had been and where we were headed
− The traffic noise on road below kept me awake til after 230am. Was very surprised by this as we were on the 12th floor. I finally installed a fan on my phone for noise and put a pillow over my ear.
Everything good with exception of valet !!!!

− Valet waited over an hour in the street along with many others only one person in valet !!! Finally went to front desk and asked for manager / unaware of issue !!!!! and finally she went out to manage personnel in valet !!!! THis was unacceptable !!!!!!!

10.0The property was excellent! Everyone and everything had a purpose and a place! The river view was superb and the options on every level, outstanding. We will definitely return “soon”!
