4th time visiting over the past decade and it stays consistently good every time
9.0Really friendly staff and an awesome welcome. Great location and easy access to Westfield, Olympia and the tube. Rooms were incredibly comfortable and in really good condition. A good range of vending machines available at sensible prices out of hours of the restaurant. Food was well cooked and the restaurant staff were awesome!! Courteous, well mannered and friendly and quick to provide teas and coffees and checked on allergies from the outset.
− Limited food options for late arrivals - but that’s not even an issue due to the vending machines but I didn’t want to leave the box empty :)

− Terrible facilities needs to be refurbished. Not worth the price at all. Very budget hotel disguised by the brand name.

− Very poor technical condition of the rooms, a room with a window appeared to be a window with a view - see the picture, dirty carpets, walls, etc. I would not label this as Hilton's standard.
