A beautiful place… I told everyone about it!!
9.0Everything except for the one thing I will list below
− We were in a handicap room and it was great EXCEPT that the floor of the shower was VERY slippery. Thank goodness there were grab bars as I couldn’t move without hanging on.
Great Lexington stay! Close to everything with a touch of luxury!
9.0Clean, comfortable, close to the mall
Too expensive for a dirty room. This place is short staffed and it shows.
2.0Check in is at 4pm. My room was ready at 7pm. I felt bad for the desk clerk. She must have apologized to 20 people. She did an excellent job. The room had cob webs. The shower had hair all over the walls. The room was warm until the sun went down. Only one elevator worked. Do not stay here.

10.0I really enjoyed the location. The overall style and the warm atmosphere in the lobby, bar and restaurant area.
− The full body mirror in the rooms are in a bad spot and very small. Not good for getting dressed. Also the bathroom faucet is too close to the sink bowl.
Nice facility but if they don’t improve service they won’t last long
3.0Nice property
− We arrived at 5:50 our room wasn’t ready. Desk attendant said he would call me when it was We went back at 8:pm still wasn’t ready Really at 8 pm! The desk attendant finally found us our room at 8:20. He gave us vouchers for breakfast. We went down at 9:00 to have breakfast. Only one server she was nice but as slow as syrup on a cold day. The coffee was cold we ordered omelets they were not good. Most of the other people eating left their food without eating it My wife only ate a couple of bites. I did eat most of mine we left as soon as we finished. It was 11:00 took almost 2 hrs ! And there wasn’t 20 people there !
