MY WORST EXPERIENCE

LEFT 20 MINS AFTER CHECK IN DO NOT BOOK - we were greeted by a sign that said “exceeding expectations” which was correct as it exceeded my expectations at how vile a place could be! We booked the deluxe suite and were given a standard room, we were greeted by long black hairs all over the floor, food on the floor, CONTACT LENSES ON THE FLOOR. There was a tea towel next to the sink with long hair and an eye lash on it. There were cobwebs on the wall. When I asked someone to clean the room, I spoke to the most obnoxious person I’ve ever spoken to called Hayley in the phone as there were no staff in the building. She told me there was nothing she can do and that I can leave the room for a refund, bearing in mind I’d travelled from a different city. Not even an apology. I never thought I’d be able to say a Travelodge is 100x better than this place. This place is an embarrassing excuse of a business and they should be ashamed of their offering. I’d heard after that this place is due to close down, i’m not surprised it’s a failure as its cleanliness and customer service is disgusting, the worst I’ve experienced.

Perfect place to stop off for an overnight or a couple of days - easy to find - good parking.

− Maybe somebody on reception rather than just leaving door cards around?

L'établissement est un peu ancien, surtout pour la salle de bain, mais fonctionnel. Voiture garée juste devant la chambre. Le prix

− Le lit est inconfortable. La douche est un peu juste.

If we had enough money we would of just walked back out and got another hotel and definitely not worth the money of £180

Nicely decorated in the bathroom like the little feature of the light when you walk into the bathroom instead of putting the main light on

− Walked into the room and it was small the little kitchen and the big double wardrobe took over the bedroom the double “bed” was 2 single beds pushed together there are 2 wall lights by the bed one was hanging off and the other couldn’t turn off by the switch what was built in it…. dust everywhere fridge was dirty the main door was broken… bathroom bin wasn’t emptied windows was mouldy on the wood work….if we wanted to report these issues but we couldn’t talk to anyone cause no one was there even if we was told to call the video door bell there was still no answer and we didn’t see or call anyone again…when we left we had to post the key card through a letter box “box” outside the property….we couldn’t really relax there at night has there was people shouting and smoking drugs outside our room
