Great location and friendly team, but the final night was a let down.

− Door handle broke in last night of stay and was not able to be fixed until 10pm that night (reported at 7pm), meaning we were confined to our room for the final night of our stay in Rome.

− The shower door needs repair and the calk behind kitchen sink looks bad. I feel the unit could use a thorough deep- clean.
