8.0The view of the South Downs from our room was stunning. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing as was the service. shower gel was empty (luckily we came with a back up option) The wallpaper is coming away from the walls in the bedroom

10.0It's a beautiful property with amazing Christmas decorations. Even if you aren't staying at the hotel, I would recommend dining there to get into a Christmas vibe. The food and staff were phenomenal. The rooms were lovely and had character. There were beautiful views of green hills and sheep. It was great to stay in an independent hotel like this, which was so charming.
