− Everything was good
House keeping issue

− The bedsheet we were provided with had a hole in it.It seemed to be dirty and was terrible as i had huge expectations abt this property.
Maybe best hotel in Birgunj so if you need a decent place, this is adequate
6.0The restaurant food we ate for lunch & dinner was very good but breakfast was almost nothing. The service was not welcoming except one woman at the check in desk who tried her best to make us feel welcome. The bed was comfortable & AC in room worked adequately. The room was fairly spacious.
− The rooms were dirty, stained upholstery and towels. Curtains are not block out & the sun there is incredibly strong. Pool looked nice but very minimum and no shaded areas by pool while it was over 40c making it impossible to use. Most Staff do not seem to speak or understand English & that made for problems.
Everything was good we Diyalo Lords. I would love to recommend it anyone and I’ll myself stay there when I visit Birgunj
9.0Perfect location, spacious room, polite and happy staffs, cost effective, excellent facilities overall.
− Breakfast timings should be extended a bit ahead. Swimming pool water needs to be cleaned.
