Location and the fact that they gave us extra hour to check out

− Firstly the property wasnt ready when we got there to check in and we had to wait 1 hour for the cleaning staff. Then even though we were outside the property, we kept on getting calls about boise complain even though we werent at the property. Then 2 days in a row someone else was making a noise and i received a call about noise at 4AM!!! Saying WE are making noise even though we were sleeping and could also hear the noise. One night a guy was banging on our door repeatedly while we were sleeping just to tell us not to make NOISE!!! WE WERE DISTURBED FROM SLEEP MULTIPLE TIMES. Avoid at all costs if you want to have a peaceful journey.

− La llave la recogí en un edificio en una ubicación distinta a donde estaba el apartamento. El sitio donde recogí la llave es un edificio en una localización fácil de llegar pero al abrir la puerta te encuentras con una salita de espera en obras, con hedor a sudor y cigarrillo, da la impresión de ser un sitio de ocupas. Al recoger la llave desde el cajetín es cuando te te informan que el apartamento está en una dirección distinta y tienes que subir a otro taxi porque no es cerca ni para ir caminando y menos con maletas. El valor del alquiler fue de 608.92 euros y luego nos cobraron 43.44 euros adicionales (lo primero cubría al parecer el alquiler aseo e impuestos pero después nos cobraron adicional por impuestos, en resumen, no es transparente la política de cobros, deberían dar el valor completo en el primer pago y no cobrar por gotitas), ese pago fue por 2 noches (bastante excesivo si lo comparo con el alquiler de unos amigos en otro sitio, un hotel en condiciones, pagaron la mitad por el mismo tiempo, lamentablemente ya no había sitio disponible allí, además, si lo comparo con el apartamento que alquilé en Valencia por 5 noches y 6 días que pagué 530 euros, me resulta bastante abusivo lo de el alquiler de Sagrada Familia Butterfly). En resumen, no es recomendable alquilar a esta empresa llamada Sagrada Familia Butterfly.

Cudna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, można wolnym spacerkiem dotrzeć do podstawowych atrakcji, cisza i spokój

− Niestety jak dla nas brak podstawowych akcesoriów kuchennych, jedna próbla płyni do mycia naczyć, bez ręczniczków, czy ściereczek. Brak soli, czy odrobiny cukru, spinaczy na pranie.

L'emplacement et la taille du logement avec 2 salles de bain

− Les salles de bain sont un peu vieillotte

good location but very very disturbing staff. the house is amazing but the management very poor you will be dissatisfied

i liked that the property was in a good location, was big enough for a group the people, overall the property was 10/10 BUT

− the staff was very rude and making me very uncomfortable, they were making a mess and accusing you for stuff you didnt’t do just to get the 300€ security deposit, making up exuces. they were a mess. they didnt have a lock box so you would have to go to another location far from the house to get the key then go the house. they were very disturbing, and they give you a really big set of rules like you were renting the apartment for a year, not 3 days.
