From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail from the entire team were truly outstanding. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless—their dedication to excellent customer service really sets this hotel apart. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and provided a peaceful retreat. Thank you to the entire management and staff for making my experience so wonderful. I look forward to returning on my next visit!
All in all it was a great stay
9.0The lobby was very spaces and the coffee show service was great. Every staff interaction was very friendly. The female section hot water pool was not very clean and it needs attention. (this was my wife's experience)

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
Complimentary shuttle service from the main lobby to Bukit Bintang, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, and KLCC shopping areas, generally operating on a limited schedule from Friday to Tuesday. Advance booking is required. The schedule is subject to change, so confirming with the hotel concierge on the day of travel is recommended.
