Alright but for the price something else would have been better.
5.0The pool and hot tub were nice.
− It was very hot in the hallways and it’s as if the property would turn off the air conditioner throughout the night because it would get super hot in our room.
Excellent hotel with all the right amenities!
10.0Our first time here and it was a nice start to our vacation. Excellent breakfast buffet with the most welcoming wait staff. Excellent location for shopping and restaurants. Overall a nice experience. Will be staying here whenever I am in Merida.

10.0This place felt like luxury! The staff are welcoming and very attentive, very professional. I really enjoyed the amazing buffet breakfast, outstanding! The access to shops and restaurants was also a nice plus. The lounge access was a nice feature and I highly recommend it.
