6.0− Старый и очень пошарпаный отель…. А на завтраке все так печально,это учитывая,что мы жили на клубном этаже. А когда мы спустились на обычный завтрак,так было на столько грязно,что хотелось потом помыться…( К сожалению оч плохой опыт

9.0מלון ברמה גבוהה במיקום מעולה. יושב על הנהר וממש קרוב לרכבת העילית. יש שטלים לסירה לקניון IconSiam שנמצא ממש מעבר לנהר ממול למלון. המלון נקי, מסודר ומפנק מאוד.
− דברים קטנים כמו למשל: קשה להבין איך התאורה עובדת בחדר. ואין נקודות חשמל ליד המיטה . בכניסה למלון יש גלאי רנטגן ואם באים עם תיק גב צריך לעבור שיקוף. המלצה למי שמחפש שקט - החדרים שפונים לעיר שקטים יותר מאלו עם הנוף לנהר.

9.0De locatie is echt top. Het hotel ligt naast Sathorn Pier, waar veel openbaarvervoerboten en toeristenboten stoppen. Hierdoor kunnen we, zelfs tijdens de spits, zonder in de grote files van Bangkok terecht te komen, per boot gemakkelijk plekken bereiken zoals ICONSIAM, Chinatown en zelfs Khao San Road. Daarnaast zijn er voldoende eetgelegenheden en winkels in de buurt voor een snelle hap of om wat boodschappen te doen. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het hotel voldoet volledig aan onze verwachtingen van de service die we van Shangri-La gewend zijn. Het hotel is niet gloednieuw, maar de faciliteiten zien er goed uit en zijn goed onderhouden.
