Die Lage des Hotels ist grundsätzlich gut: Man ist schnell an der Metro und kommt unkompliziert zum Flughafen. Leider war das für uns auch schon der größte Pluspunkt.

− Zimmer: * Überhaupt nicht wie auf den Booking-Fotos: Unser Zimmer lag versteckt im hintersten Erdgeschoss, erreichbar durch den Lagerbereich des Reinigungspersonals. Ähnlichkeit mit den Fotos auf booking gleich 0 * Alt und lieblos: Überstrichene Wände, alter Fliesenboden und Nachttische aus Holzplatten, bei denen die Farbe abblättert. * Dunkel: Mini-Fenster in einen Innenlichtschacht. * Dreibettzimmer: Am dritten Bett weder Nachtlicht noch Steckdose. * Klimaanlage: Extrem laut und verlor Wasser – ein Handwerker musste kommen. * Hellhörig: Geräusche vom Flur und anderen Zimmern deutlich hörbar. Bad: * Stark renovierungsbedürftig: Rost, alte Armaturen und kaum Ablageflächen. * Dusche: Nach spätestens 15 Sekunden stand man bis zu den Knöcheln im Wasser. * Keine Lüftung: Das Mini-Fenster ließ sich mangels Griff nicht öffnen und hätte nicht rausgeführt * Heizung: Auf maximaler Stufe und nicht abschaltbar – bei 36 °C Außentemperatur besonders angenehm. * Kein Licht über dem Spiegel. * Föhn: Praktisch unbrauchbar. * Mülleimer: Zustand, bei dem man ihn lieber nicht anfassen möchte.

Convenient location, friendly staff, easy stay

Property is very good location, close to the station and the metro and it’s only a 25-30 minute walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fontana The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helped us search for my friends necklace when it slipped down behind the television unit. Lots of extras available to add onto your stay for free but this wasn’t explained to us so not utilised Stayed during a heatwave and the air con and ceiling fan were very very needed and worked well.

− Despite the location being ideal unfortunately the surrounding areas are quite rough and we struggled with men continually approaching us. A staff member let themselves into our room at 8am as they knocked, we shouted hello as all still in bed or in the shower and they let themselves in. We did experience a power issue in the room as the fuse board had tripped and staff immediately presumed it was overloaded switches despite nothing being plugged in and the system still tripping. Room wasn’t always restocked properly - had to retrieve shower amenities but reception very helpful in doing so Booked as a triple single room but set up as a double and single on arrival - self remedies by requesting bedding from downstairs and we made the bed ourselves

The location was perfect and the room was spacious for 4 ladies

− The room could have done with an extra mirror on the wall rather than just one in the bathroom, especially when there were 4 women trying to get ready all at once!! Also, the plug sockets/charging points were attached to the lights, so whenever you were plugging in something, you would touch the light switches resulting in the lights being turned on or off!!

Was in the annex, seemed to be newer and fresh. Close proximity to the train station and super market.

− The building is older with a old style elevator to go to the rooms on level 4

Location is excellent, very near Termini train station and very good restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.

− The lift is quite small.
