Very comfortable and clean for the most part with friendly staff and great breakfast!

− Could have been a little cleaner especially in the hallway and the pool wasn’t open for half the time

The location was good and price! The breakfast was okay though :)

− The bathroom was dirty and the shower rod was barely on there. Very small TV. The pool had so much chlorine we couldnt swim long and the pool house was so janky and fixed half way. And the other pool was out of order.

Was not a bad experience with staff but needs higher standards when it comes to cleanliness

Overall, I had a great experience. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. After driving for several hours, I arrived with a very large, heavy suitcase and asked where the elevator was. I was disappointed to learn there wasn't one, as my room was originally located upstairs. The staff member immediately offered to have another employee use the staff-only elevator to help transport my luggage. Although I declined because I didn't want anyone to go out of their way, I was genuinely touched by the offer. When I stepped back outside to grab something from my car and returned a few minutes later, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the front desk attendant had already switched me to a first-floor room so I wouldn't have to struggle carrying my suitcase up the stairs. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that made a lasting impression. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciated the staff's kindness, initiative, and willingness to make my stay more comfortable.

− The room was comfortable overall but could benefit from some minor repairs and renovations. While nothing significantly impacted my stay, updating a few areas and addressing small maintenance issues would enhance the overall guest experience and improve the property's appearance. Also, the outdoor pool was closed and we were really looking forward to the outdoor pool.
