− La présence des méduses dangereuses en proximité sans aucun avertissement de la part d'hôtel. Quand nous avons montré les photos des méduses qu'on a vu, le responsable n'a rien fait pour alerter des autres touristes.

3.0− Wir hatten in unserem Bett Bettwanzen, wodurch wir dermaßen gebissen wurden. Wollten einen Zimmerwechsel, wo wir anfangs noch Geld drauf zahlen sollten , weil es ein VIP Zimmer wäre , darauf haben wir uns beschwert, dass es nicht unsere Schuld wäre und bekamen das Zimmer
