10.0Check in was easy and rooms are clean, tidy plus very big with everything you will need.
− Mattress was a bit old and bouncy but that was the only issue.
Outstanding motel in a great, quiet location but central to everything
9.0Lovely Motel in excellent condition. Very quiet and super comfortable with a great TV. Staff were outstanding. The included continental breakfast was superb. Would definitely stay here when next in Armidale. Also, very close to the railway station and Main Street.

Met a basic overnight need, was clean, but room was very smelly.
5.0Everything about our stay was suitably adequate. We did not have high expectations but were satisfied with most of it, except.....the smell in our room.
− Staff and owners must have been aware before allocating our room...but allocate it nevertheless. The problem with it was an awful smell throughout. We couldn't pinpoint where it came from. Wasn't sewerage but had an awful toilet aroma. Given that staff obviously clean it ( as it was very clean) but it just stank! Other family members were in a different room and they did not have the same experiences. Sad that they thought it was ok to give us this room upon arrival.
Generosity is a feature of this motel. Everything was of high quality and the room was spacious.
10.0The complementary breakfast was beautifully presented in a sunny room. It included a generous array of breads, condiments, teas and coffees. They even provided gluten free breads and a dedicated toaster. Muffins and juices were also available.
− As a solo traveller, it was very convenient to be able to order and pick up an evening meal from their on site restaurant. My only criticism is that their vegetables were obviously frozen.
