Great location, clean but rude staff
1.0The location was fantastic! Easy walk to shopping and restaurants
− The staff was rude and inattentive. Our AC and toilet broke and was reported to the reception. Very condescending
Disappointing to leave on a sour note
2.0Breakfast was excellent
− The on site car parking is ridiculously tight to drive a vehicle in and very difficult to get out. I drive a Tuscon and the tailgate hits the ceiling when you open the boot. And exiting the car park i dented my rear side and scraped the back door as its way too tight to drive through. Other guests share the same thoughts online especially if you drive an SUV. When you report it to the hotel there response is to apologise and tell you of the signs warning of the tight spaces! The signs are the disclaimer
