− Roachlooking bug in the hall. A family member had to change rooms as a result of finding a cockroach in their room. Room had not been deep cleaned in a while. Small things were dirty from buildup.

3.0They had a pool which was cool .
− There were roaches in the shower the room number was 209 the A/C doesn’t work , me and my kids were sweating … not only that the bitch up front is rude they charged $30 for a rag because they said there was a “stain “ on it wtf ? Claimed that they have to throw it away now … they don’t keep the rooms that clean to charge $30 for a little “stain” from baby food . This hotel is horrible . Andddd they have breakfast but they put it up before the time even if your trying to eat they will still go in front of you and grab it and put it up … so if you want breakfast you have to get up when it starts … good luck .
