8.0普通のレンタルマンションです。わいわい騒ぐには、最高だと思います。ただ、場所がわかりにくく、駐車場がないしよくシステムがわからなかったです。また、ソファーのシミがひどくて、一度確認されたほうがいいと思います。お世話になりました。
アーケード街に面しているので雨天でも便利

不十分な点アリ
4.0清掃が不十分。髪の毛や埃などが目立つなど、ちゃんと清掃しているのか疑わしくなった。又、食器（グラスや皿）がそもそも人数分無いなど、単なる素泊まり程度であれば良いが、室内で飲食するには不十分。

4.0泊まる部屋はとても素敵で中も清潔でよかったのですが、お湯の出る量が決まっていて、5人で宿泊したところ2人入ったところでお湯が無くなってしまいました。お湯が出なかったので3人はお風呂に入れないまま過ごしました。そこだけは悲しかったです。
