Not what I paid for. Exhausting due to lack of sleep. A complete let down
3.0Location, parking facilities
− There were no remotes for the air conditioning. We asked about this on our first day, but just got told the remote was there. It wasn't. We searched all drawers and other places they suggested, but nothing. we complained again but was told again that the remotes were there, and again they were not! this meant there was no air conditioning for our 4 night stay. With overnight temperatures between 26 and 28 during our stay, we got very little sleep. This impacted hugely on our holiday enjoyment and my partner and myself actually went to a friends air conditioned apartment during the day just to get some sleep. I would like to know how I get a sizeable refund from the apartment as we did not get the facilities promised, and I would not have booked this had I known there was no air conditioning.

− The apartment is a bit outdated in terms of furniture, bedding, and kitchen utensils, but it all worked fine.
