7.0Good location, comfy bed, good communication, nice toiletries, coffee etc, great view, not too noisy. Smooth check in. Heating worked.
− Tiny towels and im not very big...this could be easily fixed. Curtain was a bit stained. No coat hooks and nowhere to put your things in the bathroom. Put some hooks and shelves in.

10.0The location is ideal - near centraal station and close enough to walk to all museums, restaurants and shops. We loved the canal view and the rooms were clean, comfortable and more spacious than we thought they'd be. The 'virtual' check in worked perfectly and makes the process so much easier.

4.0The property was in a lovely location. Close to city centre, opposite a canal and close to passenger terminal for river cruises.
− I knew that the building had many levels and requested a lower level due to our age and how heavy our bags were. No one replied to my message and I forgot to follow up. We were on the 3rd floor - up a VERY narrow spiral staircase. It was so bad that we were unable to carry our bags to our room. We took out what we needed and left the rest in a locker on the ground floor. Equally bad was the sewerage smell in the bathroom. We needed to keep the windows open to try to reduce the terrible smell. The room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable and the location was good but the stairs and the smell overrode everything else.

8.0La ubicación era perfecta. Las camas son cómodas y el baño tenía amenities. Aunque la recepción sea virtual, la atención es 24 horas, personal y muy amable. En la planta baja hay lockers para dejar las maletas después del check-out.
− Las escaleras eran empinadas y estrechas y tampoco había ascensor. Por lo que era difícil subir las maletas. Aunque las habitaciones estaban bien pero se nota que es un edificio viejo y de madera. Le faltan algunos pequeños arreglos.
