− Building is very old and smells, elevator is too small, we had a problem in the hot water. Last day we were stuck inside the building and couldn’t get out because of the old and ruined locks and tried to call the staff many many times to hey responded after 1 hour and they had to send someone to break the door to get out of the building !! We were about to miss our train.

The location of the apartment was fantastic & we were able to walk to many of the sites such as the Pantheon, Trevi
7.0The instructions, both written & video, to enter the building & then the apartment were very clearly given & we had no problems at all. Rome was as extremely hot so the air conditioning was fantastic to come back to every day! Breakfast was great- croissants delicious & scrambled egg gave us energy for the day! All beautifully presented on a table delivered to the door.
− Unfortunately we could not make the shower work - most times the water was just off very cold & came out as a dribble.
