3.0It was right next to a really yummy seafood restaurant
− For how nice the main office looked you would think they would take that much pride in how their rooms looked. The bathroom was awful the toilet was coming off if you leaned a certain way it shifted under your weight. We wouldn't even take a shower in the one their in the room as it looked in rough shape. And I've never seen beds with metal bases like this every time you moved it made noise it was ridiculous

1.0The checking in experience was very friendly and professional. The young white lady who checked my two kids, service animal and I in was amazing. No problem or issues.
− The room floors was not cleaned thoroughly at all. For the price I said to myself it isnt that big of issue. Burn holes on linen and beds. (Was in non smoking room too). Air conditioner, windows, curtains and door felt very unsafe. Wake up to beats on the door stating you got 30 mins!!!. I was like omg.. Started to go walk my service animal i enter the lobby before im even in the door a India/Black man started speaking behind the desk.... NO Pets allowed!! I responded with this isnt a pet..she is a service animal. He says to me again with harsh tone we do not allow animals or pets or service animals in here. I provided him with information with service animal laws and guidelines. He starts to yell at me and repeatedly asks for my room number. I ran back to my room and left.
