2.0I can't say anything about the condition of the room because they no showed me and gave my room to someone else, even though I called ahead of time and told them that my rooms were not going to be used the first 2 days but we would be checking in on the Friday and Sat. When I called to talk about this with a manager she was rude and unwilling to offer any resolution even though it was bad communication among staff. She hung up on me . When we visit again, we will be driving to the next hotel.
