10.0The Hotel Monteleone was wonderful. The location was perfect - everything in the French Quarter is easily walkable from here. I found my guest room to be comfortable, quiet, and attractive. The decor is traditional, appropriate for the hotel's historic ambiance. Everyone on staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others visiting New Orleans.
Perfect Southern Hospitality
10.0Hotel Monteleone is our favorite hotel in the FQ. It exudes Southern hospitality and charm. It is lively, while being relaxing. The restaurant and bar are top notch. Iberville Tower rooms are our favorite. They are newly renovated, gorgeous, almost spa-like. Beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff is warm and welcoming. Highly, highly recommended!
Updated rooms in Iberville tower are nice
8.0Nice, friendly and clean. Remodeled rooms in the Iberville tower were nice. Haven't stayed there since the remodeling and they are definitely an improvement. Elevators were terrible. Wasted lots of time waiting on elevators. 2 elevators cannot handle the weekend volume. By the time they would get to our floor, they were already full. We and many others began walking down stairs 6 floors after trying to get an elevator for over 15 minutes.
Earl Perkins in the garage along with the concierge staff were friendly and attentive to us when we arrived and left.

10.0Absolutely fantastic experience again. It is always comfortable, always quiet, and always a great time at the carousel bar. Will only stay here when visiting New Orleans
