10.0I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western. The room was a nice size, clean, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well throughout my stay. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was positive. I would definitely consider staying here again.
− The only area that could use some improvement is the bath towels. They were a bit rough and felt worn, so upgrading them to softer, newer towels would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

− Havia alguma coisa nos tapetes e lençóis, toda minha família ficamos com vários ematomas pelo corpo, alguma bactéria que pegamos no quarto, a água estava com cheiro de esgoto, quando trocaram as toalhas do quarto, parecem que elas vieram com vômito de tão forte o odor. Além disso no primeiro dia faltou energia por horas, uma acomodação daquele porte tinha que ter gerador, além disso o elevador ficou sem funcionar, nos obrigando a subir e descer as escadas.
