− It could've been cleaner and it had a bad smell and there was mold all over the furniture

8.0Everything was good , New owner is trying to get this fixed up as quickly as he can. They are working day and night. Everybody was so friendly. Once done they should have a very very good investment property.
− I don't think anything because as soon as we asked for something or told him very nicely about something it was either fixed or replaced.
