7.0It's ok
− Don't know
Never the hell again..
1.0Initially based on the pictures listed on booking.com I was excited and ready for my staycation. It appeared to welcoming and it was 45 minutes outside the city limits.
− Where do I begin. Well it was a non smoking room smelling of cigarettes, cigarettes ashes in the chair closet to the door. Cigarette burns on the bathtub. Stains on the ceiling, chair by the door was hella stained.. Definitely not siting my self or my bag on it. Ant infested, ants living and dead in the bed, and the sink / counter by the restroom. The tub appeared to have blue hair everywhere in it., The shower curtain appeared to have shit stains on it. The door inside did not have the security latch at the top of the door appears to have been removed,, the door gap was so huge that you could see out through the bottom of the door from the inside of this room. This was an horrible experience 45 minutes outside the city. I needed a staycation after the passing of my son. I could’ve stayed at one of local drug infested motels for much cheaper than this. Not to mention I went to get the manager to show him the conditions of the room. While speaking with him he smelled of alcohol, I asked him are you drunk? Have you been drinking. I didn’t want to be charged the $200 fee for smoking in the room. I requested another room was told they were booked up!
