Incredible atmosphere, fantastic pool
10.0Incredible heated pool, very lovely atmosphere, good breakfast, good location. Despite my minor criticisms (listed below) I am very excited to come back to Telavi for this very hotel experience. It was phenomenal. Also there is a very good spa where you can get a professional massage just around the corner. Really lovely stay!
− Cars RACE down the road, it is quite scary for children, and also sad , as a kitten was following us around, as its mother had just been hit and killed by one of those awful racing cars. Not the property’s fault, of course, but really a shame. I hope the city does something to stop the speed racing on that street, it’s quite dangerous, but a common nighttime practice in many Georgian cities. The only changes I would recommend to the hotel itself is 1- a very strong smell of cloying air freshener in the lobby. 2- The young men front desk staff are not proactively friendly, we experienced much more warmth from older men and women of all ages throughout our various stays in Georgia. A few warm words of welcome really make a big difference, and I missed that. However the women restaurant/breakfast staff made up for this with their warmth and friendliness.

9.0Очень красивый отель и территория. В номерах удобные кровати, есть кофе-машина с очень вкусным кофе. Завтраки выше всех похвал. И в ресторане можно заказать еду по меню, всё очень вкусно ресторанного уровня.
− Не говорят по-русски. Бассейн сезонный, не подогреваемый.
Hôtel très agréable et superbement décoré
10.0Ce petit hôtel est magnifique avec sa décoration recherchée et très réussie. Tout le personnel était très accueillant. La chambre était immense et des plus agréable. Le restaurant est excellent.
