− The place was dirty and unsanitary , Tv didn’t even work in our room. And staff didn’t even bother to try to fix it.

− When we got to our room we couldn't open the door but we got it open. We found dirty underwear and a dirty sock stillinthebathroom. The WI-FI was spotty and didn't work most of the time. When we spoke with the front desk they apologized a out our unwanted find in the bathroom but that's unacceptable!

− My room had a towel on the back of the bathroom door. I had issues with the door to my room The staff was rude when I was leaving and someone was coming down the hall with a big cart and didn't stop to let me get by I had to step out of the way so she could pass
Nightmare
1.0Nothing at all horrible experience nightmare had it for July 3rd and the 4th and my smoke detector went off on the 3rd all night she just told me the battery so I did that but I couldn't go back to sleep I ruined my fourth I ended up checking out on the 4th at 2:00 p.m. and they still charged me for the night of hell
− Everything their service their honestly not very bright people at all their customer service is not even customer service I don't know what you would call it wtf I guess My smoke alarm goes off all night not allow me to get sleep then they come the next day and they're fishing about my service animal and I should never unhooked smoke detector well I called the front desk they weren't doing nothing in my opinion and a lot of people's I shouldn't recharge for one night horrible experience people are dirty and so is their facilities and very small The pictures don't tell the story
