10.0Such a phenomenal staff and great environment to be highly recommended to anyone staying in the area! From checking in with Andrea, who made sure we had everything we needed to the from desk ladies Ella & (sorry forgot the other lovely gal ) who made our stay so nice, as well as even helped plan out our daily day trips ! I cannot stress how above & beyond they go! Thank you for a phenomenal welcome to Ireland

10.0Breakfast during the week starts at 7:00. For some reason weekends are at 8:00. Had a stair leading into the narrow tub/shower. Food was very good. Nice variety. Staff was helpful and friendly.

6.0For the most part staff was good. There seems to be an issue with Americans. Some staff were nice but clearly some didn’t want to help or were annoyed. First time in Ireland so maybe this is normal. It wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t go back. Food was great and a 15min walk to the dart(train) and a 30minute train ride to down town Dublin is great! Runs every 15min till 2330.
