Staff was friendly, place looked clean, bed was comfortable.
7.0The front end staff was friendly, but busy. Central location on main road was good and easy to get around. Large expansive foyer.
− Not enough staff on a busy weekend. I waited for maintenance person who never showed up to deal with an issue. Smoke detector was covered over, which we didn't notice until we were unpacked. Some of the queen rooms have no window.

6.0The room we were assigned was, for the most part clean, there was some used kleenex under the bed. We were on the first floor. It was considerably smaller than most rooms with 2 queen beds there was not enough room for both of us to pass by each other between the wall and the foot of the bed. We had to ask for the remote control for the television, and an ice bucket extra towels, etc.In a room with 2 Queen size beds there was only 2 coffee cups, two water glasses, towels, etc. It felt like they quickly made up the room when we pulled up in front of the hotel. We stay at this hotel every time we visit Lethbridge, I am always very pleased with our room however, this was the first time I was disappointed with the room. The staff was very accommodating and they were quick to get us all the items that were missing from the room. I was happy that we only had to stay one night this visit. I understand that it is a busy weekend for all the hotels in the city but that is no excuse for the broom closet of a room we were assigned. We did enjoy a very delicious breakfast at the restaurant.
