10.0We felt so welcome and a true "home away from home" experience during our stay. Providing warm, genuine hospitality was at the heart of everything they did. Especially Khun Faris at Pine Beach Bar. his attentive and helpful service made such a positive impression on us. Also mind the lady at the concierge who planned and helped us do the city tour. The staff made us want to come back with our kids and stay at the hotel again. They helped us have unforgettable memories with every service and approach they had.
