Very enjoyable stay
10.0We had an upgraded room on the 14th floor overlooking the lagoon. It had a separate livingroom which was very nice. We enjoyed watching the planes land at the airport. There was a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We also used the shuttle service to the Cruise Port. The hotel also has a very nice outdoor swimming pool. Our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely book here again

Fair and comfortable experience, but there’s room for improvement.
7.0It seems like the property had everything you can ask for, the surroundings look great.
− They couldn’t provide a kettle upon request, meaning I couldn’t have a cup of tea ( for an English person from England - that is so not acceptable).
