8.0The room was clean but it smelled a little musty. Once the cricket stopped chirping it was quiet for the rest of the night. The a/c worked great and parking was ample. The tv and cable definitely had enough channels to watch. Breakfast was good and the staff is very friendly. Overall a good value for the money!

2.0The tub did not drain. The curtains and carpet were filthy. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was toilet paper wadded behind the bathroom door. The room had an odor of urine. The air conditioner unit had bugs living in it. However, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was lovely and the sheets were clean.
