Juneau wedding in June!
10.0Deanie, was the Manager during our stay. She was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we enjoyed the Four Points. We jokingly kept calling it the Four Seasons. We had flown in for a friends wedding. Great breakfast each morning started our day. Friendly desk staff and Security greeted us each time we entered the Four Points. Sure, this is not a new hotel, but everything worked and it was comfortable. The location cannot be beat. We walked to watch the cruise ships. restaurants, bars and food trucks were a short walk away. Everything was close. The personalities of each staff made our stay enjoyable. Maids, front desk, security, breakfast staff and Management ensured our stay was the best. Thank you for a job well done. Hope to see you again soon.

6.0Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and room appeared to have been recently remodeled. Location made walking to downtown Juneau easy.
− When we checked in reception didn't tell us there was no hot water. Checked in Saturday and didn't have lukewarm water until Monday. Front desk staff was indifferent to the problem and seemed unwilling to call in maintenance on the weekend.

10.0I really appreciate the front desk in the day shift being so friendly, and flexible with us. We had to checked out around 11:30 when their night staff told us we can’t do so and required extras payment, however the day shift front desk gentleman understood completely and not rush charge us at all. Also, the hotel’s room is spotless, well equipped with teas, and coffee. The location is perfect if wants to be quiet but still walkable to all activities. Overall I am very pleased with my stay.

10.0The front desk at this hotel is amazing! I lost my phone and the front desk was up all night helping me find it. Then later they were so kind as to deliver it to my room as they knew I need so sleep.
