− No brewed coffee in the morning. Coffee machines with a pass code to operate were irritating.
Unless you like cockroaches I would suggest a different hotel.
1.0The property looked great from the outside but once we got to our double Queen bed room that changed.
− Upon arriving in our room my daughter-in-law noticed a large mold spot (approximately 5 x 6 inches on a wall in our bathroom. We called for staff to clean it up, which they did. While looking for bed bugs as a precaution on our mattresses we noticed a large stain, that looked like blood, in the upper right corner of the mattress. Because we didn’t find bed bugs we just covered it back up and felt like we could deal with it. After going out to eat and then going to the pool and hot tub, around 10:30 pm we noticed a cockroach on our one wall!!!! Needless to say, shortly after we went to the front desk and told them we would no longer be staying there and asked for a full refund, which we did receive thankfully after going back to talk to the manager the next morning!!! The pool and hot tub area seemed nice but the chemicals when using the hot tub were so strong they were burning our eyes and could barely stay in it. Also the one stairwell smelled like cat pee. Not a great experience and I would never go there again.
