− Too dark and the room has a particular odor that I don’t like
during next visit, I will choose another hotel.
5.0check in, staff. Clean bathroom and bed.
− noisy and very smelly air conditioner, the window was difficult to open to get some fresh air. For europeans, the breakfest is not good - eggs probably from powder, everything with chemical taste (but maybe normal in USA :-)). During check out, I wanted invoice. The staff told me that I will find invoice in booking.com, but booking.com claim, the hotel should give me an invoice....
we had a great time biking every where and the location was great.
6.0Location was great. Breakfast was "ok". Not a lot of options.
− Asked to be on the 1st floor as my mom and I had two heavy bikes to bring into the hotel - didn't seem to be much flex there as I was told the 1st floor rooms were for the pet owners. We got put at the very end of the 2nd building on the 4th floor which was a little difficult. In the future I will request ahead of time. Not being able to charge our drinks and snacks to the room was kind of old school.
