The staff was helpful with situations

− People in our room when arrived. Had to change rooms. TV didn't work until next day. No hot water in shower. When got back cards were not working to enter room. Elevators not working. Just a hassle.

A recepcionista de plantão, foi uma querida, deixou uma sacola com o café da manhã, pois tivemos que fazer o check-out antes do horário de café servido pelo hotel. English: My husband and I only stayed for four hours. The room facilities were exactly as shown on Booking.com. The receptionist on duty was lovely; she left us a bag with our breakfast, as we had to check out before the hotel’s breakfast was served.

The staff was quite courteous, partic the night guy, although he could not do anything at all about everything that was wrong. See below.

− By time, not by importance. -The television was stuck on a high BLASTING volume, so couldn't watch it. There was an offer to change rooms but this was after we had settled in and turned on the tv. - The room was pretty dirty. It felt like the carpet was brown NOT bc it started out that way but bc of dirt and stains. - A 2" ROACH crawled from behind the bed heading towards my open luggage. It took multiple direct strikes to kill it. -The sink, toilet and bathtub all had significant rust stains and the tub was missing chunks of porcelain off the bottom. - The water never got beyond lukewarm. - Went to the breakfast area and saw a dead roach on the floor directly at the hotel entrance. Pointed it out to the front desk and they didn't seem to have any sense of urgency to remove it. - There were NO cold drinks available at breakfast. Only coffee and hot water. No milk, juice or even water as the machine was busted. -There was NO ice available and we were told, "I THINK the machine is working on the 2nd floor." But after seeing it, declined and said to myself, "Be Afraid, Be AFRAID!" -When asked at checkout how my stay was and I told them, I was told to call later that afternoon and speak with the manager. I did but she was unavailable. - And as of 07.12.2028 I can't find the return of the extra $100 fee charged (not for incidentals as there weren't any available) but for any damage to the room which couldn't have started out anymore damaged than it was. -I don't stay in La Quintas often but I will certainly check in the future if it is a true La Quita and not a dirty, old hotel that just changed it's name. Overall DISGUSTED!

Very friendly staff.

− It’s a run down hotel. Dried vomit and spilled food on the property. A fresh paint is needed everywhere. Only one of two elevators work. Two brand of cereal. No hot water in the breakfast area. No cold water either.
