YOUR FIRST CHOICE!!!! I walked in and was treated with the highest respect. The front desk was very friendly and they talked to me as if we was friends!!!!!! If you visit Tulsa Ok, you want to stay at this hotel!!!!!!! Very clean Very Friendly Very Respectful....... Colton and Tucker help guide me in the right direction in a business matter, Nakita Marina, and Haley took care of any issues if i had any. This hotel was great!!!!! This was my 3rd visit,And will always be my FIRST choice. Small things in life matter...... #I wanted a diet coke, they was out, the second day they was out again at 2:30pm, At 3;30pm that same day, one hour later, Nakita Marina and Haley send me up a 6pack of diet Coke. Nakita your the best!!!!! To the mgt staff, because of a 6pack of diet coke,2 cookies and a friendly staff that was very helpful and knowledgeable,,,,,,,,,,, THIS HOTEL SHOULD ALWAYS BE YOUR FIRST CHOICE!!!!!!

Would not recommend staying here, we won’t be again ever.

The location. The warm cookies.

− My bed had stains on it, the shower had apparently backed up into the shower and they did not clean it before putting us into the room. The elevators to the parking garage were not working and the stairs were locked so we had to walk up three flights of the parking garage using the ramp. The hotel manager said she would comp part of our room as we had to be moved to a new room but it has yet to be done and it has been a week. Will never stay here again.

− Parking garage is very difficult to gt into at night if you don't know that room key does not work and you have to take ticket, very far walk to garage, swimming pool has rust on roof hatches, speakers, paint and walls in rough shape, no towels by the hot tub on saturday, room door stuck at bottom on opening and closing, housekeeping taps on your door in the afternoon even if you have do not disturb sign out

Let me tell you about an absolute angel named Nadine. She was running valet the night I arrived—or rather, the night the tow truck arrived with my car on a Sunday evening. My car had been towed across the entire state of Oklahoma (it even took two tow trucks to get it to Tulsa) because it needed a specific mechanic there. After almost 24 hours of traveling across the country, I was completely exhausted. Nadine could tell I was having a rough day. She put her arm around me like a family member would, made sure I got my warm cookie, and even called a friend who is a mobile mechanic. He came over within the hour to help. I never would have expected that kind of kindness or service. Going so far above and beyond for a complete stranger is exactly why I’ve remained loyal to Hilton brands. Thank you, Nadine—you turned one of the most stressful travel days I’ve ever had into one I’ll always remember. 🙏
