5.0The Wi-Fi did not work after day two and they would not give me a receipt for this transaction. They said to get it from booking.
− They did not seem interested in trying to solve the Wi-Fi issue. I was there on work and needed the Wi-Fi.
Hotel room cleanliness should be a priority.
5.0Bed was comfy
− The bed sheets were nasty and had stains, had to move my room 3 times. The floors were dirty and the bathrooms are outdated, toilet and tub had stains. The shower water pressure was also out of whack and horrific. Not happy with the stay and wouldn’t return, should have gotten my money back.
Clean and comfortable room
7.0Convenient location to event I attended. Clean, comfortable room and does show wear and tear on door bases, molding, small amount of rust evident on some metal surfaces. It is the best motel in Metter.
− Second level ice machines not working so had to go downstairs to find working ice machines.
I enjoy the stay

− People hanging out side keeping up noise
Overall the stay was fine couldn’t heat up my food though. Housekeepers was great we got fresh towel
