− Condom behind the dresser/tv stand, staff kinda rude to my kids because they were being kids ( a little loud coming thru the lobby) in the afternoon..., room not cool upon arrival, room clean!!, roaches!!!!
It wasn’t the worst i’ve seen…but far from the best
4.0The prices were amazing for the 2 nights
− The staff was not rude but also was not friendly..also the beds were very uncomfortable. We also had to switch rooms due to a pair of men’s boxer underwear being on a lap in our original room..our second room had no smoke detector either..
I think I got what I paid for. Would be nicer with a few adjustments.
6.0Rooms were decently clean, moreover than the other option I think. Breakfast had options.
− Breakfast was subpar. Gnats were resting on juice spouts, leading to them being in the drinks. Gnats were also a problem landing in breads in container (mini muffins, toast, bagels). No fresh, cold water was refilled in the lobby during our entire stay. Coffee was watery, so with no juice, water, or coffee, I had to outsource my drinks if I was thirsty. Other than this, we experienced a problem with tub drainage and standing water. Otherwise, stay was nice. Staff were helpful and nice.
