Convenient but frustrating.
4.0Convenient to where I came from and was going to.
− Poor staff attention. No one there on arrival. No code sent to my phone so I could access the 'lock box' to get the keys to my room. Room was in a dark garden area, could use more security lighting.

Not a problem but we arrived late and collected our key from a lock box. We stayed three nights and not once did we see
8.0Location was perfect just away from the Centre but easy enough to walk to everywhere. It was quiet around the hotel and we felt private enough. The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The shower is over the bath but we were fit enough to step in and out.
− The fact thst there was no extractor fan in the bathroom and the window was insufficient to air the room. A fan would have greatly improved an otherwise lovely stay
