Super Noisy and Not Clean

Rooms are very noisy and you can hear everything from people walking down the halls to music/ TV playing in 2 rooms away. The room was not clean at all. A sock was right under the chair in the room and a pair of shoes under the edge of the sofa.. both easily seen and should have been easily cleaned up if they had cleaned the rooms properly.

The Cromwell casino is small. The variety of slot games is not great. I played a couple of slot games and did not win anything. Drink service was nonexistent.

Kavun ( I hope I am spelling his name Coree correctly) was amazing. Made an orange martini and it was delicious. 10/10 thought the service was incredible. The drink was really good would recommend to everyone.

Strip view. What a joke

“Strip view”. What a joke. The room has the description for the “parlour suite room - strip view”. There is no place in this hotel that has a strip view.

Do Not Go to CROMELL

We had to pay $30 to check in 1.5 hours before 4pm check in time. How is this possible when you have an empty room waiting? Absolutely terrible NEVER GOING TO COME BACK TO A CESARS PROPERTY EVER…it not the $ but the idea that they can do exactly what they want to and need to take it! No robe or slippers No water…NOTHINGO…ld dirty furniture go to Aria get a suite but not the Cromwell Las Vegas. Came for F1 event at the Giaga restaurant…DONE WITH VEGAS

Great location but the rest was disappointing

The location of the Cromwell was perfect but our stay there was anything but. We stayed four nights. We got shocked trying to turn on the lamp (it was not safe so we had to unplug it the entire stay). There was so much dust under the couch and dresser, if you drop something and it rolls under be prepared to be covered in dust. They also will only clean your room when you request it and even at that we requested our room to be cleaned at 8:30 am when we left and when we got back at 9 pm (more than 12 hours later), it still never got cleaned. Also our keys both mysteriously quit working on our last night. (Of course we were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed in a clean room but instead had to go get new keys (no apologies) and when we finally got to our room we found it wasn’t even cleaned. Our last night left a real bad taste in our mouth. Also paid $60 resort fee each night and the night club and pool weren’t even open our entire stay.
