7.0Great Hotel. Great Location. Enjoyed the stay --- except for the Safety Deposit issues.
− Problems with the Safety Deposit return. Still unresolved. Safety Deposit still showing up in my Visa Card Account as 'processing' --- i.e. the Hotel has not released back the Safety Deposit money. Just disappointing and a total hassle.
