Nice hotel would probably stay again.
9.0The property was very nice. The pools were well maintained & the food in the restaurants was quite good. We were upgraded to a Junior suite which was lovely.
− The food was a little on the pricey side & the fact that the bar closed quite early. In saying that the hotel did not appear to be anywhere near full. All the staff were very pleasant & nothing was a problem. We did how ever have a problem with the taxi driver that was organized by the hotel for our trip to the airport. He demanded cash which we did not have enough of and he was quite rude & abusive. Nothing was mentioned about cash at the start of the trip. I appreciate this is not the hotels fault but I would suggest they advise future patrons that this may be the case.

10.0This grand hotel has friendly and exceptional staff, spacious well-appointed guest rooms, a number of lounge and eating areas, space around the outdoor pools and is a short walk to the corner of Scotts & Orchard Road for food, shopping and MRT access. The Coffee Lounge served both excellent buffet breakfasts and dishes from the a-la-carte dinner menu. This is a hotel to come back to.
The name of the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the name of the guest staying at the property; otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
