− The heritage or historical feel is lost. It doesn’t come through to the inside of the hotel. Beautiful on the outside but boring on the inside. Not worth paying the extra money for - it was just like any nice hotel.

8.0I stayed with you several times. The Hotel is quiet, good location staff helpful.
− I was in London the wife flew up from Auckland. The room was paid for. Prepaid. Access to the room was denied as wife did not have $400 or $600 Singapore as deposit as service fee. You phoned me in London three times in the middle of the night to sort it out. It was an uncomfortable situation. I arrived three days later paid service fee on hold. It is not acceptable I made the booking. You should have dealt with me I could have given my credit card from anywhere in the world. Please do not embarrass you guests at your the front desk.

5.0The location is great and parking was convenient.
− On the first night, we stepped at tiny glass pieces and realised that there were quite a few on the floor. So the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The fridge was also not working well as it has a lot of ice and water was dripping inside the compartment.
