− O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando, a parede do quarto estava manchada devido a vazamento do ar-condicionado, o funcionário não resolveu o problema, apenas nos trocou de um quarto para outro com ar-condicionado também não funcionando

− Airco was kapot, zat vol stof en schimmel. Nieuwe kamer gekregen. Wederom een niet werkende airco. Die het na meerdere beloftes niet heeft gedaan. Föhn bleek ook kapot.

3.0Location was very good
− Air condition was not working most of the time, and the personnel's attempts to make it work were not very efficient. I had to inform about it about ten times. Cleanness could be better. No tea in the room.
