5.0Really cold front desk service. I arrived a little early, around 3:15 pm, to check in and was flat-out denied check-in before 4 pm. Came back around 3:45 pm and people in lines already been checked in before 4 pm. Why make contradictory rules for different people checking into the same hotel at the same time? Really disappointed with the service. I observed the bias towards certain customers. Did not want to cause a scene because that is below me, but would not recommend anyone stay here if you are paying good money and are treated this way. I would take my business elsewhere.
